you can only start your fitness journal if your mindset is prepared for that. I struggled for years to gain the “perfect body” when in fact I was only binge eating myself to death.

1. A healthy body image

Nothing won’t work without the right mindset. I’ve been there for too long and I can promise you it hurts. First and foremost, you need to realize how a healthy body image looks like. You will never accomplish your dream body if it consists of endlessly starving yourself only to look like other people look 1% of time. You will never accomplish anything, if you don’t love your body as it is at the moment and you will never accomplish it by binge eating.

Being kind to yourself in a world that constantly tells you all your flaws, is one of the biggest challenges of our time.

Don’t get fooled by #skintok , don’t get fooled by body positivity that tells you being fat is healthy.

If you want to be healthy, you deserve nothing less.

Work your way to your dream body as you want to. Build habits that last. And never forget that your body changes due to so so many factors.

What does it mean to build her?

Everyone has their own definition and goals, but everyone is starting somewhere and tries to rush to the end when seeing all those pretty bodies out there. The goal is to manifest a building process. Not running or sprinting, but to actually build your body by discipline and consistency.
